How many do we need in our group to receive a discount?
Group minimum is generally 10-20 people, depending on the event.
Do you have ADA seating?
The Tacoma Dome group sales department is able to reserve ADA seating for any event that is offering group sales.
How do I book my group?
Please contact our Group Sales Department for information on ticket availability and pricing. For most group sales events, tickets can be reserved with a credit card while you organize your group without missing out on great seats. Typically, a mutually agreed upon deadline will be set for final ticket counts and payment. Until final payment is made, your ticket counts may change without penalty (based on seating availability), as long as it does not drop below the group minimum.
What are the fees on group sales orders?
There is a one-time, $5 handling fee per group order. The handling fee is per order, not per ticket. Group ticket orders do not pay the various ticket service or convenience fees.
What kind of payment methods are acceptable?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card are accepted. Only one form of payment may be used per group order.
Business checks and cash may be accepted. Prior arrangements must be made with our Group Sales Department. No personal checks or money orders.
What is the deadline to place my group order?
Varies by show, generally one week prior to the event.
Can I cancel my order?
Once tickets are paid for, they are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or exchanged. If the event is postponed or canceled, refunds will be available.
What age does a child need to be for free admission?
Admission for children varies per event, generally children two years and under are free if they sit on an adult's lap. Please confirm specific details with our Group Sales Department.
Do you sell group tickets for concerts?
For most major concerts, group tickets are not available. Please order online, call Ticketmaster at 1.800.745.3000 or visit the Heritage Bank Box Office at the Tacoma Dome. There are ticket limits on most shows.

Our Super Group program is free and provides access to great seats and discounts that only we can offer!
