Temperature and Noise Advisory

Please be advised that with show vehicles entering and exiting the venue throughout the event, temperatures in the building may get cold. We recommend guests dress in layers and anticipate cold temperatures.

Please expect a loud event. Many of our guests find that ear protection, especially for younger kids, is advisable. Ear protection will be available for purchase at concession stands and concourse.

Operation Warm Soles Donations | January 17

The Tacoma Dome, in collaboration with the City of Tacoma, the Peace Bus, and Kwabi Amoah-Forson, invites you to participate in Operation Warm Soles, a community initiative that provides warm socks, shoes, and blankets to unhoused individuals in Tacoma and Seattle.

Bring new socks, shoes, and blankets to the Peace Bus near Tacoma Dome Plaza during the January 17 show, 10AM - 2:30PM.

Your contributions make a direct impact on our local community. Thank you for your generosity!

Getting Here & Parking

Avoid use of Exit 133 off I-5. This exit is generally closed for high volume traffic events and traffic will be re-routed. Recommended directions.

For more information on our new streamlined parking system, please visit our parking page. Check out the Plan Your Visit page for alternate parking and transportation options.

Rideshare Drop Off & Pick Up

The drop-off and pick-up zone for patrons is located at the following locations for major events:

  • Rideshare Location #1 – Brotman Way
  • Rideshare Location #2 – Wiley Ave.

Directions:

Entering through F Gate

Wiley Ave Pulloff (Primary):

  • Westbound cars can use this zone for quick pick-up/drop-off.
  • Space is limited (about 10 cars max).

If Wiley is full or missed:

  • Drivers can use the Brotman Way Loop (normally Overlook lot entry).
  • An extra guard will direct cars uphill toward Brotman (toward D Street).
  • Pick-up/drop-off happens here, and cars will exit via D Street (ideally heading South).

Reminder

Brotman Street is rideshare only—no event parking.
Please no drop-off or pick-ups in the D Street loading zone on event days.

Clear Bag Policy & Lockers

The Tacoma Dome has a clear bag policy to expedite entry and reduce touch points for security staff and guests.

Tacoma Dome Bag Policy

  • Bags may only be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC, sized 12"x6"x12" or smaller
  • Small clutch purses are okay if sized 4.5"x6.5" or smaller
  • One gallon plastic storage bags are okay
  • Tacoma Dome clear bags are available for purchase at Stocklist Goods
  • A very limited amount of lockers are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis outside the venue for $10-$15 (card only, no cash)

Please visit our Bag Policy page for additional information.

Cashless Facility

The Tacoma Dome is a cashless facility, including all concession and merchandise sales. Google Pay and Apple Pay are also available at concession points of sale. There are cash-to-card kiosks (reverse ATM’s) where guests can exchange their cash for a Tacoma Dome VISA card. Card balances remain usable anywhere after the event. Going cashless improves the transaction process, reduces wait times, and limits guest to staff contact. Cashless parking payment options are also available. Please visit our Cashless FAQs for more information.

Security

Security measures are in place for all Tacoma Dome events, including metal detectors and a clear bag policy. Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives, are not allowed. No outside food and beverage. If you see something, say something™. Only bring necessary items to expedite the entry process.

Guest Services

Legendary experiences start with exceptional service. Visit our Guest Services Kiosk presented by Commencement Bank, located on the Concourse near Section 110, if you need assistance or have questions.

Camera Policy

Non-professional (no detachable lens) cameras are allowed. No video cameras, audio recording devices, GoPros, iPads, selfie sticks, gimbals, or tripods.
