Why go cashless?

In an effort to improve guest experience and safety, the Tacoma Dome is now a cashless facility. This improves transaction process, reduces wait times, and limits guest to staff physical contact.

Can I use cash at the Box Office?

Yes. While the use of cashless payments is encouraged, the Heritage Bank Tacoma Dome Box Office will continue to accept cash.

If I only have cash, what can I do?

You may utilize one of our conveniently located cash-to-card kiosks (reverse ATMs) to obtain a prepaid VISA to use throughout the venue. These reverse ATMS are located on the concourse near Section 109 and on the floor level in the NW Corner.

Can I use other forms of payment such as Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Yes, concession stands accept mobile payment options.

Is there a fee to use the Cash-To-Card Kiosk?

No, there is not a fee associated with the Cash-to-Card kiosk.

If I use the Cash-to-Card kiosk, can I use a remaining card balance elsewhere? What about a refund?

No refunds will be given but the prepaid card can be used where VISA is accepted.

I'm a vendor at a Tacoma Dome consumer show. Can I still accept cash?

Vendors are encouraged to only accept credit cards or mobile payments for their safety, but individual vendors for consumer and trade shows may still accept cash, if preferred.
