Event Info
"'Holo Holo' means to travel, to sail, to move," says O'ahu-born Good Vibez co-owner, Dan Sheehan. This familiar expression is most often heard between friends as in 'let's holo holo up country', Sheehan says, when detailing the festival's origin.
The popular traveling festival brings together fans of island and reggae music for two days jam-packed with great tunes, delicious food and a chance to gather with friends and family. Sheehan says, "The support we have received from the artist, fans, and sponsors has been nothing short of the true spirit of Aloha.

Arrive early! Parking in the Tacoma Dome lots is $30 + tax, first-come, first-served. Tacoma Dome Parking Lots open at 11am each day. Subject to change.
Avoid use of Exit 133 off I-5. This exit is generally closed for high volume traffic events and traffic will be re-routed. Recommended directions.
For more information on our new streamlined parking system, please visit our parking page. Check out the Plan Your Visit page for alternate parking and transportation options.
Rideshare Drop Off & Pick-Up
The drop-off and pick-up zone for patrons is located at the following locations for major events:
- Rideshare Location #1 – Brotman Way
- Rideshare Location #2 – Wiley Ave.

Directions:
Entering through F Gate
Wiley Ave Pulloff (Primary):
- Westbound cars can use this zone for quick pick-up/drop-off.
- Space is limited (about 10 cars max).
If Wiley is full or missed:
- Drivers can use the Brotman Way Loop (normally Overlook lot entry).
- An extra guard will direct cars uphill toward Brotman (toward D Street).
- Pick-up/drop-off happens here, and cars will exit via D Street (ideally heading South).
Reminder
Brotman Street is rideshare only—no event parking.
Please no drop-off or pick-ups in the D Street loading zone on event days.
Clear Bag Policy & Lockers
The Tacoma Dome has a clear bag policy to expedite entry and reduce touch points for security staff and guests.
Tacoma Dome Bag Policy
- Bags may only be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC, sized 12"x6"x12" or smaller
- Small clutch purses are okay if sized 4.5"x6.5" or smaller
- One gallon plastic storage bags are okay
- Tacoma Dome clear bags are available for purchase at Stocklist Goods
- A very limited amount of Binbox lockers are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis outside the venue for $10-$15 (card only, no cash)
Please visit our Bag Policy page for additional information.

Cashless Facility
The Tacoma Dome is a cashless facility, including all concession and merchandise sales. Google Pay and Apple Pay are also available at concession points of sale. There are cash-to-card kiosks (reverse ATM’s) where guests can exchange their cash for a Tacoma Dome VISA card. Card balances remain usable anywhere after the event. Going cashless improves the transaction process, reduces wait times, and limits guest to staff contact. Cashless parking payment options are also available. Please visit our Cashless FAQs for more information.
Security
Security measures are in place for all Tacoma Dome events, including metal detectors and a clear bag policy. Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives, are not allowed. No outside food and beverage. If you see something, say something™. Only bring necessary items to expedite the entry process.
Camera Policy
Non-professional (no detachable lens) cameras are allowed. No video cameras, audio recording devices, GoPros, iPads, selfie sticks, gimbals, or tripods.
