The Tacoma Dome is a cashless facility, including all concession and merchandise sales. Google Pay and Apple Pay are also available at concession points of sale. There are cash-to-card kiosks (reverse ATM’s) where guests can exchange their cash for a Tacoma Dome VISA card. Card balances remain usable anywhere after the event. Going cashless improves the transaction process, reduces wait times, and limits guest to staff contact. GO CLEAR FOR SAFETY

The Tacoma Dome has a clear bag policy to expedite entry and reduce touch points for security staff and guests. 

Tacoma Dome Bag Policy

• CLEAR PLASTIC BAGS NO LARGER THAN 12” x 6” x 12” will be permitted into the venue. Color-tinted or mesh bags are not considered clear.
• A small clutch or purse (not clear) will be permitted if it is no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” (roughly the size of your hand)
• To be permitted, hydration packs must fit all the following guidelines:
  • Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC (iridescent or color-tinted bags not permitted)
  • Up to one non-clear pocket no larger than 6" x 9"
  • Water pouch must be transparent, empty, and removed for security screening
• One gallon plastic storage bags are okay
• Tacoma Dome clear bags are available for purchase at Stocklist Goods

The Tacoma Dome offers a variety of fresh, original eats plus classic fan favorites, all crafted with Northwest flair!

Advertised prices include applicable excise tax. A portion of all food and beverage sales at the Tacoma Dome benefits community events throughout Tacoma.
 

Food & Beverage

Avoid use of Exit 133 off I-5. This exit is generally closed for high volume traffic events and traffic will be re-routed. Recommended directions.

Arrive early! Parking in Tacoma Dome lots is limited and will fill quickly. Parking at Tacoma Dome lots is first-come, first-served.

Legendary experiences start with exceptional service. Visit our Guest Services Kiosk presented by Commencement Bank, located on the Concourse near Section 110, if you need assistance or have questions.

For LE SSERAFIM: An additional Guest Services Tent will be at the South Plaza outside of the Tacoma Dome for any questions upon entry starting at 3:00pm.

Sensory bags containing special KultureCity VIP badges, fidget toys, noise cancelling headphones, and other resources are available for checkout at no cost by leaving an ID at our Guest Service Kiosk Presented by Commencement Bank.

A very limited amount of lockers are available for rent outside the Tacoma Dome for most major events. Rental fee is $10 (subject to change). Card only - no cash please.

Tacoma Dome lockers are available for event attendees and generally open when gates open, with the exception of limited gate access due to advance VIP/merch sales. Availability and operating times may vary by event.

In the interest of guest safety and enjoyment, the Tacoma Dome reserves the right to prevent certain items from being brought into the facility. For EDM events, please see our EDM Guidelines & Prohibited Items List for additional information.

Items including, but not limited to, the following are not allowed in the Tacoma Dome:

• Alcoholic beverages
• Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia 
• Cannabis
• E-Cigarettes, E-Liquids, or vaporizers
• Lighters or matches
• Bags that don't adhere to our Bag Policy
• Outside food & beverage items
• Glass, metal, and aluminum bottles or cans
• Ice chests or hard-sided coolers
• Camera tri-pods, mono-pods, GoPro poles, gimbals, and selfie sticks
• Laptop computers, tablets, and iPads
• Remotely controlled, small unmanned aircraft systems (a.k.a. drones)
• Sticks or clubs (including signs attached to sticks)
• Fireworks
• Mace or pepper spray
• Bullhorns, airhorns or other noisemakers
• Confetti
• Animals, comfort animals, or pets (service animals are allowed)
• Beach balls or other inflatables
• Frisbees
• Large umbrellas such as golf umbrellas (small collapsible umbrellas that would fit within allowable clear bags are permitted)
• Bicycles or scooters
• Skateboards or roller blades
• Squirt guns or super soakers
• Balloons or inflatables of any kind
• Laser pointers
• Weapons of any kind, regardless of permit (including but not limited to: firearms, knives, batons, mace, pepper spray, brass knuckles, tasers, etc.)
• Walkie-talkies or handheld two-way radios
• Stickers
• Markers, pens, spray paint, or any aerosol products
• Chains, studded belts, or spiked jewelry, etc.
• Masks that cover the eyes
• Tents or air matresses
• Chairs (lawn chairs, folding chairs)

Permitted Items:

• Baby formula, baby bottles and baby food
• Medication or other special needs
• Binoculars
• Seat cushions without pockets

The drop-off and pick-up zone for patrons is located at the following locations for major events:

• Rideshare Location #1 – Brotman Way
• Rideshare Location #2 – Wiley Ave.

• Please no drop-off or pick-ups in the D Street loading zone on event days.

Security measures are in place for all Tacoma Dome events, including metal detectors and a clear bag policy. Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives, are not allowed. No outside food and beverage. If you see something, say something™. Only bring necessary items to expedite the entry process.
