All tickets are mobile only. Prior to arriving at the venue, please ensure your tickets are available on your mobile device by either:

• Downloading them to your mobile wallet, or
• Accessing them through the Ticketmaster app.

Physical tickets will also be accepted at the entry door.

Avoid the lines and come early to get your merch! Outside merchandise stands will be opening by 11:00am on the North Plaza, located near the Exhibition Hall and Lower NW entrances, and on the South Plaza, located near the Upper SW doors. Merchandise will also be available inside the Tacoma Dome concourse.

Stop by the blue Tacoma Venues & Events tent near the Tacoma Dome SW Doors from 4:00pm to 6:30pm to donate new or gently used outdoor toys and activities benefiting youth in the Tacoma Rescue Mission program. Donors can also enter for a chance to win Tacoma Dome prizes, including show merchandise and tickets to upcoming events.

T Line will run extended service on Sunday, July 26 to accommodate passengers for the ENHYPEN concert. Service will be provided a minimum a half hour after the event ends from Tacoma Dome.

Main doors are scheduled to open at 6:00pm. Subject to change.

The Tacoma Dome has a clear bag policy to expedite entry and reduce touch points for security staff and guests. 

Tacoma Dome Bag Policy

• Bags may only be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC, sized 12"x6"x12" or smaller
• Small clutch purses are okay if sized 4.5"x6.5" or smaller
• One gallon plastic storage bags are okay
• Tacoma Dome clear bags are available for purchase at Stocklist Goods 
• A very limited amount of lockers are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis outside the venue for $10-$15 (card only, no cash)

The Tacoma Dome is a cashless facility, including all concession and merchandise sales. Google Pay and Apple Pay are also available at concession points of sale. There are cash-to-card kiosks (reverse ATM’s) where guests can exchange their cash for a Tacoma Dome VISA card. Card balances remain usable anywhere after the event. Going cashless improves the transaction process, reduces wait times, and limits guest to staff contact. The Tacoma Dome offers a variety of fresh, original eats plus classic fan favorites, all crafted with Northwest flair!

Advertised prices include applicable excise tax. A portion of all food and beverage sales at the Tacoma Dome benefits community events throughout Tacoma.

Food & Beverage

Security measures are in place for all Tacoma Dome events, including metal detectors and a clear bag policy. Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives, are not allowed. No outside food and beverage. If you see something, say something™. Only bring necessary items to expedite the entry process
