Health & Safety Measures

COVID-19 Vaccination & Testing
All concertgoers will be required to either provide a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event, or proof of full vaccination. This negative COVID-19 test result (molecular, PCR or antigen) must be administered by an official testing center and must be dated no more than 72 hours prior to entry. Home testing kit results will not be accepted for entry. A photo of your negative test or vaccine card will be accepted.

Learn more about accessing your Washington State vaccination records online here. Free COVID-19 testing in your area may be found by using this resource from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.

Face Coverings
Face coverings are required, regardless of vaccination status, by state order. Per the WA State Dept. of Health, a face covering is anything that completely covers your mouth and nose, and fits securely on the sides of your face and under your chin. It should be made of two or more layers of tightly woven fabric with ties or straps that go around your head or behind your ears. Please note: Eyes must be visible.

Please continue to monitor this page, as well as our Reopening page for current health and safety protocols.

EDM Guidelines

Please review the EDM Guidelines to expedite entry into the building.

Cashless Facility

The Tacoma Dome is a cashless facility, including all concession and merchandise sales. Google Pay and Apple Pay are also available at concession points of sale. There are cash-to-card kiosks (reverse ATM’s) where guests can exchange their cash for a Tacoma Dome VISA card. Card balances remain usable anywhere after the event. Going cashless improves the transaction process, reduces wait times, and limits guest to staff contact. Cashless parking payment options are also available. Please visit our Cashless FAQs for more information.

Ticket Information

Patrons attending must be 18 years of age or older with valid, government issued photo ID.
Most tickets are digital. Be prepared to have your digital ticket scanned for entry. Make sure to retrieve your tickets ahead of time and don’t forget to charge your phone.
No re-entry or Ins & Outs.

Please review the Guidelines & Prohibited Items list for additional information on bag policy, search procedures, and more. Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives, are not allowed. Final approval of any items will be at the discretion of security.

Only bring necessary items to expedite the entry process. If you see something, say something™.

Bag reminder: Only clear plastic bags no larger than 12"x6"x12" will be permitted. A small clutch/purse (not clear) is allowed if it's no larger than 4.5"x6.5" - roughly the size of your hand. One gallon plastic storage bags are okay. Tacoma Dome clear bags are available for purchase on-site. Backpacks, regardless of size, are not allowed at Tacoma Dome events. Hydropacks, bladders, camelbacks, etc. are not allowed; however, empty clear plastic bottles are permitted and FREE water stations are available.

ID Requirements

Patrons attending must be 18 years of age or older with valid, government issued photo ID.
Temporary/Paper IDs are allowed if accompanied by a valid or expired form of government ID that includes a photo, such as an expired WA drivers license, passport, or military ID.
Photo copies or pictures of IDs will NOT be accepted.

Binbox lockers are available to rent outside the building near the Box Office, for $10 card only.
A coat check will be available for $5 per item once inside the arena.

Entry Doors

Main doors are scheduled to open at approximately 7pm. Guests can enter at Upper SE and Lower NW entry doors. All patrons must be at least 18 years old and have a valid, government issued photo ID for entry.
